This Duplex Apartment is located on Dizengof just on the corner of Ben Gurion Blvd., so you could not have made a better decision for your Holiday stay. Only 5 minutes walk to Gordon beach and all the benefits of being in the city, with a cozy retreat that is quiet and peaceful.
It is within walking distance to a great variety of wonderful Cafes, Restaurants, freshly squeezed juices, Boutiques in which you can shop till you drop and of course the beach! A mini-market, pharmacy, money change is just around the corner - anything you can wish for, all within walking distance. If you decide to explore the city by public transportation, the stations for the most frequent bus lines through the city (nr. 4 & 5) are just a few steps from the Apartment building.
The Space:
The Duplex Apartment is on the 4-5th floor, reachable with an elevator and facing the rear part of the building, so you do not hear any of the hustle und bustle of the every day live on Dizengof.
When you enter the Apartment, it opens up into a living room and fully equipped kitchenette, with a fridge, espresso machine, toaster oven, water kettle, cooking plate, microwave, dishes, pots and pans and anything you may need to prepare small meals.
The living room space is bright and sunny and furnished with a big sofa bed that opens up into a very comfortable double bed, so 6 people can accommodate the flat easily, a flat screen TV, A/C, and a dining table. Enjoy a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, or a cold beer on the sunny balcony! Let the Holiday begin!
The bedroom on this floor is equipped with two single beds, or moved together into one big double bed, a wardrobe with enough space, for you to arrange your clothes and belongings and of course with fresh bed linens and towels. We can turn this room into the perfect children's room and add a baby cot and chair as well - let us know in advance what you need - we will have it ready for you.
The best part of the Apartment though, is on the second floor. Follow up the stairs to the Master bed room with the in-suite shower and the amazing roof terrace! Enjoy the privacy of the floor to yourself, a big and super comfortable double bed (160 / 200) wonderful and cozy bed linens, blankets and pillows, soft and relaxing curtains on the big windows, A/C and cable TV!
Freshen up after a day at the beach and relax in the evening sun on the terrace.
