Large, lovely house on quiet, cul-de-sac street in nw Raanana, three blocks from Raanana park and 2 small shopping centers with supermarkets, movies, cafes, book stores, pharmacies, Yad Sarah, etc. Ground floor: large living room opening on to lovely patio and garden, study, dininning area opening on to large, modern, fully equipped kitchen; upstairs: master bedroom with ensuite bath, bedroom with couch that opens to sleep two, bedroom/sitting room with satellite tv (and collapsable exercise glider), two bathrooms, laundry room with washer. Fully air-conditioned/heating units plus over-head fans in some rooms. Gated parking under the house for one car. 5 minutes from Herzliya, 10 minutes from beaches, 25 minutes from Tel Aviv (non rush hour), a little over an hour from Jerusalem or Haifa. Owner will be away 11 Septebmer to 23 November; willing to rent for part or whole period at $700 per week (minimum 2 weeks) or $2,500 per month.
