HOUSE RULES:
*Guests are responsible for maintaining order in the apartment.
*Guests must abide by the rules of public order and accommodation.
*Guests are liable for any loss or damage to property of the apartment and shall indemnify the full amount on the basis of an act of property damage.
*For damaged or missing towels or bed linens from negligence will be charged, corresponding to their value (stains from coffee, wine, beer, chocolate, fruit, berries, lipstick, in washes, and other hard substances).
*Smoking or Vaporing in the apartment is strictly forbidden and will trigger smoke detectors!
*Parties or Strictly Forbidden.
•Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and with No Refund.
*Don’t make Loud music or sound conversation past mid-night.
